Missing the Target

File this one in the Department of Unfortunate Headlines. The head in the Times story that the blog post references is obviously more apt. But it’s possible the blogger was simply trying to be clever.

Half of Zimbabwe’s 12 million people already rely on emergency food aid. Now, according to this UN dispatch, food shortages are being compounded by elephants eating and trampling the villagers’ crops.
