Over the years, anyone involved in Everglades restoration has alternately cheered and jeered the Miccosukee Tribe (unless, of course, they are on the tribe’s payroll). This is the latest (and to many Everglades advocates, most important) chapter in a long-running saga that seems beyond resolution.
