In this case, a billboard campaign speaks volumes about the character of the Heartland Institute. It is also far more revealing and damning than anything contained in the internal documents that made<a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2012\/02\/16\/heartland-institute-leaked-documents_n_1282824.html\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0news<\/a>\u00a0several months ago.<\/div>\n<p>
