(Carr is a geographer who I <a href=\"http:\/\/e360.yale.edu\/feature\/a_development_expert_relies_on_the_resilience_of_villagers\/2479\/\" target=\"_blank\">interviewed<\/a> recently for Yale Environment 360.) But I seriously doubt that he had climate science in mind when he was writing his post.
